We are open daily at ten am.
We have extended shopping hours for festivals and holidays.

Do you special order?
We are happy to special order and check on availablity for you.

Do You have Uggs?
Yes we do! We get shipments in monthly during the Fall/Winter season. Please feel free to give us a call and we will check our current inventory for availability.

Do You ship?
We do ship within the United States via USPS and standard shipping/handling rates do apply.

Store Policy

Can I order a gift card?
Absolutely! The perfect gift is available in $25, $50, & $100 increments or any combination you would like. They have our Daff fish logo printed on them and arrive in a black holding case along with an envelope for you to seal the card in. They are the perfect gift all by themselves offering the recipient a shopping experience immediately upon arrival in Ellicottville!

What methods of payment to you accept?
Daff accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover Card.  Credit Card Numbers can safely be entered online via Pa Pal. Most orders are shipped the next business day via UPS and standard shipping and handling fees will apply. If you have any problems with your order,  Please call us at Daff, 716-699-2293, during normal business hours (open daily at 10am).

Will you send me an invoice?
You will receive a confirmation email invoice of your order at the end of your ordering process. Additionally, all orders from Daff will include a packing slip or invoice in the box upon receiving.
